6.2.6 champion bug?

I've used dexterity over 10 times everytime I fight him and not a single of his dex charges are falling off. What's going on? Now I am out of resources and units 🤬

    You need to dex his specials, not his basic attacks.

    Cool thanks. Been 2 years or something since I last fought him so I couldn't wrap my head around it.
