The moment Agatha was number 2(something I'm STILL SHOCKED about with all the Beta Ray Bill love I saw) I knew Quicksilver was gonna speed his way to number 1. Don't get me wrong, Agatha is pretty cool, but against Quicksilver... that's like for instance if Sandman and Galactus were in a poll together. While yes, Sandman is cool and I'd love to see him in the contest... he's up against Galactus. Agatha unfortunately stood no chance. Honestly, this number 1 pick was hyper obvious as we've all said for months.

TLDR: Quicksilver says... "In a jiffy" as he speeds his way to the contest.
Agatha probably got a bunch of hype up from her Wandavision appearance which might have overtook some more OG comic book fans.

That's pretty much the only reason. Otherwise she wouldn't have made it this far

I personally don't think the most popular Marvel characters should be included in the Summoners vote at all. Kabam should automatically release the Quicksilvers and Beta Ray Bill's.
The less popular champs like Kushala, Crystal, and Omega Sentinel would have a real shot at getting voted in then.

I can’t even be hype for quicksilver because he totally just wiped so many obscure yet incredibly cool champions off the table for the rest of the year. He should never have been in the summoner’s choice vote. They should have just added him to the game. Leave these votes for champions that not a lot of people know.

Unfortunately even though the demand was unquestionably there, Mike pointed out that they had no plans to add Quicksilver originally because he didn't feature Into the main story.

Considering the only character we can base Quicksilver off of is the one character who won the Champion voting poll... I'd say we're in the clear.
There's NO way they would make him not be good.
Just look at Hercules. I didn't know HOW they could make him godly and fit the godly nature... and he's number 1.
I'm picturing Quicksilver to be top 5 if not the new number 1(the science class needs some love anyways).
Kabam are about to scientifically (no pun intended) craft the most broken speedster to ever exist... aside from Wally West. FLAME SHIELDS UP.

I am happy we are getting Quicksilver for many reasons. One is I’m a big fan from the comics, and Wanda needs her brother.

Another is - let’s get it done with since people have been asking for him for years.

Now we can move on and ask for others.

I am excited that this process is moving forward, rather quickly too.

Now we play the waiting game…..

This ability lasts the whole fight, except:

1. Against Apocalypse where Quicksilver is tethered for the rest of the fight when Apocalypse as at 75% HP or less.

2. Against Ultron where Quicksilver dies instantly if he’s shot while dodging backward.
