Human Torch Bugged?

So when torch is fighting non mystics. The incinerate text pops up, but no debuffs apply. This has been going on for a while, I thought it was normal to be honest. I thought they were like instant incinerate or something. I have a few video clips but the forums won't let me attach them. Is this an older bug? Is there a fix in the works? This has cost me deaths in AQ a handful of times. Any info would be appreciated!

    Thank you very much for the info. Saw that it did not happen to an alliance mate of mine.. It is not worth taking off suicides for haha.

    No need to take them off, just keep your temp maxed and problem solved
