    Do you still have to be in alliance before they even enlist for the war ?
    (may be too late then, unless they un-enlist and re-enlist for you, but this season that has caused some teams to not be able to re-enlist, so probably won’t want to try that)

    Or is it now just before matchmaking process actually begins ? (still cutting it close here on the matchmaking day of the 4th to last war of season)
