Incursions: Unable to Find a Partner (30+ min)

In the past, it wouldn't take more than a minute to be matched up with a random partner in either Sector 7 or Sector 8.
There seems to be a bug introduced on the server side that prevents finding a partner now. I had my iPad plugged into a charger and I was unable to find a partner for Sector 7 for over 30 min last night. With 4 hours left in the current cycle, I am once again unable to match with anyone for over 10 min.
I am an active Incursion player who has perhaps only missed a few cycles since the beginning of Incursions. It has never taken more than a couple of minutes maximum to be matched with a random player. This issue currently persists both on my iPad Pro (iOS) which has the latest version running as well as on my Pixel 6 Pro (Android) which has the previous version running.
As someone who has been playing (& paying) since the beginning, I just also want to convey my frustrations with the current state of the game. Compensation is worthless if you can't even play the game. I would rather have these game modes work consistently and reliably than receive Pick-Any-6-Star Selector. I try to schedule in time to play the game even when I'm at my busiest in RL, but these days it feels like I'm troubleshooting issues & bugs instead of being able to play.
