How’s Jubilee?

I spent all my units for a 6* crystal (Impatient, yes) and I pulled jubilee. How good is she? What uses does she have?

She's not great. Needs a small adjustment buff, tbh. Like, she can do stuff on paper but I find it near impossible to keep track of what mode she's in. Can't imagine taking her to r2 as she is now or ever using her for any content outside arena.

I honestly enjoy her and she will be goin r3 soon for me. You have to manage the modes for what you want which can be taxing at times, but she does good dmg and I find it unique. I think she is fun and full of potential. I don't use her ore fight abilities though and forget they exist
