Whom should I rank up to run act 6

Hi folks
I am planning to play act 6, I got few 5*champions, but I don’t know whom should I rank up to help me completing act 6

    Medusa for the 6.1.6 Sentinel if you don’t get a better counter before then

    SymSupreme can beat several act 6 bosses.

    I'd concentrate on

    SymSupreme, Prof X ( but you gotta learn to play him) amd Shang Chi ( also has a bit of a learning curve but it's easy). Mr. F is also very good and his prefights can definitely help in many lanes too.

    I say those 4 first because they are good unawakened and will definitely help
    with many Act 6 nodes.

    If on the way u awaken AA or get an awakening gem for him, the definetely go for AA.

    From your current roster, those are ones to go for.

    You'd still struggle with some bosses, for example 6.1.5 Crossbones and 6.1.6 Sentinel, as you currently do not have any direct counter for these ( well, technically speaking a high ranked Mysterio can do that Crossbones, and Medusa can do that Sentinel but she needs to be awakened in order to do enough damage)

    So concentrate now on the 4 above, see how far u can get with them, if when u reach 6.1.5 u have no better counter for Crossbones ( Warlock, CMM for example) then rank up that Mysterio. If by 6.1.6 u dont have a better counter for that Sentinel ( Magneto, CGR, for example) then rank that Medusa, etc.

    AA is amazing for act 6.
    and spidey2099 will help you a lot in 6.2.3,with him you can completely ignore the icarus global node.
    and also he is one of the best options for SS boss in 6.2.1.

    AA, Shang, Redhulk, Sp99, Medusa will help you.
    One tough fight will be the 6.2.2 Sinister, i dont see you having any option to beat him. You might be stuck there.

    I opened 4 5* awakening gems, all of them were cos, so I will use one on Medusa, I hate farming t1 alpha, we need
    a lot, and I am not playing AQ to get glory and buy them :'(

    you should .even map2 gives you a decent amount.

    It's been a while but I think you are going to need some immune champs too.
