Shameful. Sometimes support is a real joke. You pay money, I mean real money, and get f****d.
He sent them proof and still they deny him help and don't right their wrongs.

While I don't watch his videos, during the recent issues with Android input issues, he said my name was gangster, so thats pretty dope. I will say though, support can be hit or miss. Sometimes they see the issues and can resolve it, after some time, but they do good work. Other times, they don't know what they're talking about and or answered the question wrong.
