Kabam mistake ?
This is my appeal that this should not be a permanent ban by any means and shall be immeidiatly lifted from my account. This proves 3rd party software was not involved and or account sharing 100%. Simply an error and or bug by Kabam that was unavoidable. We deal with all the current bugs every minute we play the game, that costs us items, sometimes units. Game is totally broke at times on both sides of the fence.
Let's talk about Doctor Octopus. Awesome champ , feature on top of it. power lock, heal block, can even regen. I've spent odens to aquire him. Used him since release date religiously. Bizarre enough , after entering fight, opponent comes floating through screen dead. This is obviously a bug. Unavoidable. No chance to engage in combat. Fight over. Thousands and thousands and thousands of units later, quest finally cleared. Did anyone ever experience this with Doc Oct? Has this even been fixed? Has this become the the reason for the ban of my account ? I never altered the mechanics of the game.
My reason for taking this to forums is due to Kabams repeated automated responses of 3rd party software hack nonsense and account sharing. There is no place or chance to appeal. So I'm putting the exact investigation details here that im assuming led to the action of perm ban on my account. Take back the rewards you wrongfully gave and reinstate. This is your fault.
