Blade and Spiderman(Stark-Enhanced) Synergy not working as written

Blade's ability, Danger Sense, does two things; Increases attack throughout the fight by an additional 80% of base attack(value without masteries), and it reduces opponent Ability Accuracy by 40%. Blade's synergy With Spidey(Stark) states "+45% potency to Danger Sense bonuses" for blade. I can say with 100% certainty, that the attack "bonus" from danger sense DOES NOT change with the synergy. Blade's damage values remain the same, with and without the synergy, (and yes, I surely have danger sense activated in the fight). Now there is no way to test for the increase in ability accuracy, so I cant say whether just the synergy's attack boost is not working, or whether the synergy is not working at all. But its definitely not working as mentioned. And i request an official statement regarding the matter.
