Vision Aarkus is unplayable... Too bad.

Hello, I write this post to talk about Vision Aarkus and the fact that he is literally unplayable on android devices (don't know about IOS).
I saw that it is a known issue but it has been for years now and nobody seems to care anymore.
I started an account barely two months ago and got him has a 5 stars, I was excited at first but the one second lag between the moment you press the screen and the moment Vision Aarkus actually parry quickly calmed me down.

Is there any plans to make him playable in the future? He really looks amazing to play and i'm frustrated to not be able to use him to progress.

Wouldn't be possible to deactivate the ice effects around him, which I'm pretty sure are the cause for the lag?

    I use android and use vision aarkus a multitude of times. I've heard people have issues with his graphics but I've never seen it

    Normally these type of issues aren't resolved. I've personally spent years with a device that would crash the game on multiple champions, and the issue just kept getting worse
