Guys I just packed a 5 star ihulk from my crystal and I was wondering what tier he is and if he’s any good unduped

    Dupe isn't really needed.
    He's a low God-Tier champ imo, but he needs a somewhat cooperative AI.

    He is. He can go immortal before KO and save you from a lot. He is also has a very good regen and damage output
