Add Filtering Capabilities to the Catalysts Stash

See subject. Shouldn't be hard, you already have the filtering and sorting capabilities in many other screen. Just reuse the code!

They said in the Stash.

While not needed for filtering what catalysts you would claim (like you would want to do with ISO), because they all have different buckets in the actual Catalyst Inventory (unlike the common bucket that is ISO inventory).

So assume they just want it to better see how many of certain class of catalysts they have in overflow Stash.
