I made a big mistake how can I ask Kabam if they can help?

I clicked to open 1 new featured 6* hero crystal as the new 6* feature just arrived. I had 205K 6* shards at the time. However the crystal didn't seem to register so I clicked it again to no success. After being mildly annoyed I closed the game down and started it back up. Only to see that I now had 13 6* featured hero crystals rather than the 1 I wanted. This resulted in me going down from 205K shards to 10k shards.

I was saving these crystals for the 6* featured in an attempt to get Scorpion and am really sad to see this all gone on crystals I didn't wanna get. Is there a possible way my account could be reset to before these crystals were bought so I lose the items and regain my 6* shards? Or if this is not the place to ask, where can I ask Kabam to see if they could possibily help me?

    Did you open the 6* features?

    If you haven’t opened them and you find a helpful person in support (that’s about a 50:50 chance) then yeah they can reverse it

    So long as you haven't opened them, support generally is able to reverse it
