Battlegrounds 8-Second KO - Any Explanations?

I’m not too familiar with Purgatory’s kit so I don’t know how great she could be against a safeguard Sersi. Can anyone give an explanation of how you could beat an R2 Sersi in 8 seconds? In the case this isn’t a bug, I’d love to know since Sersi is a go-to champ for Safeguard in Alliance War.
