I bought Sting and Strike grandmaster crystal then I spun it and it stopped in a 5 star ice man it was about to open and the ice would come out when I left the game as I knew that it would be saved. Later when I entered the game I got a three star longshot dupe instead. Can u please refund me a five star ice man as I was supposed to get it. I have witnesses of me getting it so please I want a refun of a five star iceman. Thank you

So, to get this clear, U got Iceman, and closing the app made him to spill his ice stuff outside the game and somehow ruined your phone s rng? Messaging and outgoing calls still work? Have you checked?

Hey @Edwgh_356, the Crystal Spin you see in the game is only for entertainment purposes, it's merely a visual effect. It doesn't always show the Champion you'll receive or reflect the likelihood of obtaining them. The Champion you'll receive from opening a Crystal is determined as soon as you click to Spin or open it, regardless of what the Crystal Spin animation shows.

In future, you can avoid any Crystal Spin animation confusion by using the “Open Crystal” feature, located at the bottom right of the Crystal Vault screen. This will automatically open up to 10 Crystals that are currently in the Crystal Vault and will not affect the drop rate in any way.
