Black ISO Market Reset Changed?

I’ve had the Sigil for a little over 2 weeks now. The first thing I did after purchasing it, was trading in for all of the t4bc. The first time I did this, the reset timers were all set for 7 Days. After the 7 days, I started purchasing another round of t4bc. Only this time, I noticed that the timer was no longer for 7 days but, was now 30 days. Is this normal? Am I really limited to only two rounds of the t4bc trade-ins every month? Being able to get more t1a and t4bc every week was the ONLY reason I even paid for the Summoners Sigil.

I did check the updated list of store items. It’s listed as having a 7 day timer.

According to the Black ISO update announcement (https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/299685/black-iso-market-updates-coming-april-11-2022) that particular trade was intended to have a 28 day reset cycle:

New 1x Tier 4 Basic Catalyst for 6x Tier 3 Class Catalysts of the same Class (up to 6x Tier 4 Basic Catalysts total every 28x days)
