Chance of opening 5* feature champion

Please correct me if I am wrong. I understand when I open a 15k 5* feature crystal, there are 3 pools of champs to choose from. 1. feature champ with 25% success rate. 2. sub-feature pool with all previous feature champs in it. 3. basic pool. Based on the above assumptions. What are the chances of getting a champ from sub-feature and basic pools? If a ex-feature champ is being released into the basic pool, does this mean that this champ would be moved from the sub-feature pool to basic pool, or I would have more chance of getting this champ from both sub-feature and basic pools?

It's something like
Featured 20-25%
Sub 1-5%
Basic 70-75%
I won't really hope to get a champ from sub-featured. Unless you got that #KabamCEO luck.
but I also got 5* Morningstar from 5 grandmaster featured, cause I wanted blade I tried my luck and scored...saw an alliance pull blade 5*..saw Seatin blade video and looked up a lot info on blade and decided to go for him.
I went 2/2 on 5* blade BUT I didn't know I had ceo luck
the % are not 100% accurate these just estimates...
theres people like Anonymous2k who went 0-7 iceman 0-1 medusa. and who have been screwed.
just look up some blade damper crystal openings and see for yourself.
Saw your opening. As I had a skill awakening gem from 5.3, I tried two crystals like yourself, never tried featured before, got Blade and a miss of Starlord! Knowing how rare featured champs are now, I may go back to basics for the future as there are so many stronger champs in the basic pool. Quit while I’m ahead!
