Hey guys, I have an r2-23 generic rank up gem and am stuck on who to rank up, my options are below, please help me out!

I don't run suicides and don't need anything specifically for my roster which is currently pretty balanced. Not done Abyss and need to explore act7 and act6.

Is Stryfe mainly a ramp up champ for longer fights? Any good for act 7? He's currently r2 but I haven't used him that much.
