Rank up apoc coz He makes mutant class too powerful and himself is quite decent also. See some videos if you don't know what a beast apoc is!

If you have apoc ranked up , there is no reason not to upgrade cable. Their duo surfs through content like nothing .

Conclusion:- Rank up both . They will boost your account .

100%. Until you get a 6* the 5* is gonna crush stuff like nobody's business. Apoc is also really fun to play.
