Can Doom do Ikaris ??
If yes then how effective he is & what's the best rotation ??

No, Ikaris is shock immune. Use someone like Claire or Tigra if you’re going for Mystic. If you need a non-mystic, Herc is great

I have an alliance member who used fury and 4 revives on ikaris. I didn't have the skill for that

Well done! I was going to post 'Do it with Doom', but you already have. As long as you remember that your Shock/Stun won't work (and that he's immune to Incinerate) Doom will work just fine.
