I am not the one to complaint usually but this time I have to...The 21 day wait period is ridiculous . I don't understand why we have to wait that long to get the rewards ? Like there is no reason to make us all wait that long.
It's not that we are getting something we don't know ... everyone knows the rewards . We should have been able to claim the rewards as soon as we complete the objectives. Never liked this kinda design.

Now we will have to see 20 days of complaints of where is the rewards.
Like @Demonzfyre said, a store would probably have been the most convenient option. Have a store, and each milestone reached award X tokens.
It is what it is. Waiting to get the class nexus to try get a use for my r4 gem.

Additionally, based on how Kabam has rolled out the 7.4 deal, there will likely be a ton of issues if they try to implement a change that hasn't been entirely planned out from the start. If there is a method for players to 'cash out' without waiting for the full 3 weeks, there will like be situations due to bugs that some players can cash out multiple times or go back in to achieve higher milestones.
What this means is that unfortunately, this first EOP is what it is. Hopefully they are able to make a change to the next EOP (such as the store method).
We've taken it to the dev team, they will certainly be discussing it. The changes won't be implemented for this EOP, but will definitely be considered for future runs!
Note: I'm aware of the Xpool crystals, but I don't think that works in quite the same way.
-Have an EOP store tab with a one-time selector that costs 1 gold.
-Selector gives all the reward tiers as options, these reward tier options cost their respective amounts in EOP credits, and the player can choose to spend their EOP credits on the one tier of their choosing, given they have enough EOP credits to support the choice.
Pretty sure we've had a selector with similar tech to that, right? And if anyone "mistakenly" chooses a lower tier, that's 100% the fault of that player.

Yes, you could have every single milestone award a separate currency, but as with several other suggestions in the thread, the more Rube Goldergian it gets, the more likely it is to cause issues with the players. And while I'm fine with having dumb people fail to fetch rewards, that's not how the world works. The more complicated they make it, the more support tickets they will generate, and that's something that idea will be judged upon.
Also, the more steps it takes for the reward system to function, the more likely it will suffer from unpredictable bugs. And EoP rewards are probably not the best place to introduce radically new action chains of hurdles to jump through to get a reward.
