Much better now but still pretty lackluster, he doesn’t excel in long fights which seems to be his best attribute. Think I’ll keep using my HtD

I thought since you went to all that effort, I'd at least share screenshots of the outcome of doing this without suicides, at r2 (who clearly hits less hard than a r1 with suicides...)

Yaka arrow hits should plant a debuff called puncture instead of bleed and/or armor break debuffs

1) Puncture is triggered through yaka arrow hits and each puncture last 5 seconds
2) Each puncture reduces defensive ability accuracy by 15% (regeneration, autoblock, armor up, physical resistance)
3) Puncture also prevents evade, unstoppable and invisibility from triggering as long as it is active.
4) Puncture cannot be purified or shrugg off and its duration cannot be reduced by any means or abilities (unless stated)
5) Yaka arrow hits 100% critical
6) Signature should give yaka arrow hits up to 40%/50% (max sig) chance to be unblockable.

IMO Yaka hits should be guaranteed crits & should probably inflict ruptures instead of bleed or puncture
Should bypass auto block but not evade or miss
Also that new mechanic that Hulkling has of hitting in block & going unblockable after few hits would suit Yondu perfectly

i think his flow is much better after buff .. still isn't climbing the rank up list but he's at least very possible to be ranked now.
