Question about 4th July offers

The first offer was initially for 3 days. But when bought another timer has started. And so on.
So even if the initial 3 days have gone, are all the remaining offers (for example the 10k units offer and then the 3k units offer) still active?

Bought a level yesterday, and next level is still available to me with under 2 days remaining.
So GREEN box notice on forum saying Tier’d offers were only available until (approx 2 hours ago) must mean for purchasing your first level of offer. Continuing extensions after buying a level still apparently gave you the new 3 days to do the next level.
Now, if you don’t buy that next level until after tomorrow's July 5, 10am PST time (or even today's July 4th time), then the next level after that may or may not kick in for another extension (the game code might have a hard cutoff for when it will allow *subsequent* offers to kickstart) ???
Any communication I've seen says deals will end July 5th at 10am PST, as you've mentioned. My gut tells me it might shut down timers at that time. But I'll try to confirm!
The timer triggered on purchase is independent of the sale expiration on July 5th @ 10am and should persist past that point. So, after July 5th at 10am, no one "new" should see the offer, but if your offer was triggered prior to that, you should still see the countdown timer on the flash offer.
My wife and I spent a lot of units today with your answers :-) Maybe/certainly there will be better offers in the future, but it was a gain of time in the paragorn run and honestly (and despite what could be read elsewhere) the Thronebreaker’s bundles were interesting, even if very expensive by adding each cost.
If it could help to design offers, the decisive points were firstly the 2021 champion selector (Kitty) and secondly the 6r4 materials.
The recent offer of 2020 nexus for 5 kunits had a little risk (10 randomly selected champions) and so was less interesting.
So yes, the offers could have been better (e.g. add a 2019 and/or 2020 champions selector in the final 3 kunits offer or more 6r4 materials), but they were useful enough as they were designed.
I presume that the 2 timers (1 to enter in the cascade plus 1 per offer) is the regular way and not a mistake when configuring the offers mechanism. So this answer will be useful for the next big events with cascading offers.
