Iceman I really don't get, so that's something I can argue about, but Ghost Rider is not on fire. He is technically in Hellfire, which is different from regular fire. Thus making him weak to actual fire. The real question is why Red Hulk isn't incinerate immune.
Balance, different Universe with different laws, etc.
Iceman is not immune to the damage of other iceman, and ghost rider isn't immune to fire just because he is immune to his own.
The hulk thing just made me remember when that helicopter came flying at him and betty and it exploded, he just stood in it holding her in his arms so incinerate immune for hulk actually makes more sense than ever.
Or it could just be that he feels the burn but does not affect him by causing any damage to his body, im not sure just guessing.
No point mentioning rider me and so many others have tried to change kabams mind it will not work they said it themselves they will not change him I was gutted too but that is the way it works.
Iceman is not immune to coldsnap and ghostrider is not immune to incinerate?
What I don't understand is why anyone would wonder why Ghost Rider is not immune to incinerate, but not wonder why Ghost Rider is not immune to everything. Nowhere in the comics is it stated that Ghost Rider is immune to fire. It is stated that Ghost Rider as the spirit of vengeance is essentially immortal and indestructible.
Once the rules of Battleworld state that bullets and punches can hurt the Ghost Rider, all bets are off regarding fire, because Ghost Rider's immunity to fire comes from the fact he is physically indestructible, not because he kind of looks like he's on fire. He's not actually on fire in the comic books.

The flames from that explosion must have been just momentary, or Betty would have been incinerated either way. Anything with a tough hide like a rhinoceros could have probably survived the flash flame (but not the impact of course).
Another property of the Hulk in the comics that did not translate into the game is that the Hulk can regenerate physical injuries extremely fast. Even if his skin was singed by the flames of the explosion, that minor injury would have been erased practically instantly.
Everyone tries too hard with these posts. As soon as you get into it just becomes this arbitrary argument because your trying to use logic vs a made up fantasy character.
Like... how hot is Hellfire? Does it go out in water? What keeps it running? If regular fire and Hellfire collide and explode what happens? Can you freeze Hellfire?
At the end of the day... who knows... because there is no Hellfire.. it's just a concept.
From a game perspective they could add these immunities to both champions... but is it necessary? Were you not playing Iceman/Ghostrider because they didn't have enough immunities?

It's like asking why god give us 2 hands instead of 5.

Because clapping is clumsy with odd numbers.
being able to clap and still pick a booger would have been a very useful skill. God dropped the ball on this one if you ask me. lol
