Pool of forevers crystal bug

Hello, I purchased 2 special offer Pool of Forevers Crystal, that guarantees “3 to 5 star Gorr the butcher or Wiccan”.
I PAID 600 UNITS AND DID NOT GOT GORR/WICCAN!
Instead I got 3-star The Champion and a 3-star Peni Parker-two characters I never wished for nor wanted.
How can I fix this bug? I paid so much and did not got what the crystal promised. Can I get my units back instead of those character? Or at least get the Gorr character I deserve?
I’m super angry and disappointed

    Hey I'm pretty sure you misunderstood the text in game, it's a guaranteed 3 to 5 star champ with a CHANCE of it being Gorr or Wiccan.
    It's not a bug it is how the system is designed, Kabam also doesn't do refunds for these types of purchases for that reason

    So it’s basically a regular 3-5 hero crystal and they put the picture of Gorr as the new character to attract people? That’s super annoying
    Can’t believe I’ve wasted so much units on it

    There's a little information mark (or such), that will pop up the detailed odds in the crystal.

    So far both your suppositions are false.
    Guaranteed Gorr or Wiccan. Nope.
    Same chance as any other champs. Nope.

    They have INCREASED odds for those Featured Champs, compared to odds for just any other champ. But still definitely a gamble.

    Both a gamble hoping for it to be 5*, and also a gamble (albeit a better gamble that other crystal pool champs) hoping for it to be either Gorr or Wiccan.
