So you see them being merged, can see the merged thread and Kabam replies + resolution, and still feel need to create a brand new thread claiming they aren’t responding ?

Porthos 8:16am (forwarding to rest of team) keep in mind that would have been 5:16 in morning where their offices are.

Miike 12:33pm (acknowledgement and description of bug, and not to worry they have confirmed that ppl's crystals are indeed there (hidden) and working on making them actually show up in ppl's accounts)

Miike 1:09pm (RESOLVED, may take time to propagate the change out to everyone)

Jax 1:29pm in related 1.5% vs 3% thread (that problem fixed, as well as missing Mutant Nexus issue also FIXED and is now correctly populating into ppl's accounts). Following up from another user's 1:20pm verification that they are correctly seeing this former missing Nexus in their account now.
