Professor X to Rank 4 Advice/Suggestions

I am running an all mutant team for month long event questing. All 6 stars...
It consists of Apoc rank 4, Prof X rank 3, archangel rank 3, cable rank 3 and white magneto rank 3.
Since my strategy is to make Prof X a horseman and get the 3 wins to max cerebro charges for the synergies, I was wondering if it is worth it to take him to rank 4 and if it makes him much stronger?
Or should someone else in the group be taken to rank 4?
I already have Herc rank 4 and Cosmic Ghost rider rank 4 for my AQ team... And when EOP rewards come in I will be able to make someone else rank 4 so was curious where to use it on the all mutant team.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
