Problem statement:
Currently many members around the world are part of alliances, and depending on the continent the start and end of alliance Quest and War can be unfair.
Possible simple solution
Ability to give max 1
energy point to other member to remove the World Time difference.
Why max 1 point? Because you must choose wisely the path and strategy and who could be the best member to help with the path.
At this stage, we players, can revert our path decisions for Quests and War. But there are all members around the world, my alliance has 30 member from different continents, and the War and/or Quest time starts almost always at midnight or 1am.
There's also work, school, family, problems, illness, the world continues spinning and the time was not selected, it was imposed by the game.
When a member reaches the boss and there's still 4 hours to finish, the Quest energy is wasted, it can be reused and there could be other members that will be receiving

Feeling useful when having constraints and
Being able to help friends with paths
Recycle energy
An active alliance doesn't mean that all members finish Quest or War, there's a timing and a clock counting down, sometimes there's 6-7 hours sleeping and then going to do ones work/study/driving to work/university etc.
