Not sure if you will be able to see image if so. I was wondering on day 1 for AQ time is decreasing for completion when it is not even setup to join and start killing off nodes and all. I thought time should start when first available to join. I am not sure if this is new because I have always joined when time said it was ready but now see 2 conflicting times counting down seems weird.

    From day to day changeover, there is usually about 10-15 minutes before you can begin next one.

    Might be same right at very beginning of 1st AQ as well (so every single alliance with pre-enlistment doesn’t have so much of a crunch on the servers).

    Yeah, the first 15 minutes of each day is 'preparing time'. It's been that way for a while.
