Do the points granted by modifiers decrease if bgs use the same modifier on different days?

For example if bg1 uses Turn the Tide ob day one and bg2 uses Turn the tide on day 3, would the points be less since you get the pop up
about mods, or since they are different bgs it won’t matter?

The point value of mods increases with each day. You do not want to repeat a mod in the same bg, but you would be fine doing the same modifier in different bgs on different days. To maximize points, do the hardest difficulty mods on the latest days.

That pop up shows that you have accidently scheduled the same mod in the same bg on different days.

Yes, BG’s are independent of each other regarding Modifiers.

But also, the points won’t “decrease”. If a BG repeats one already used by that BG the bonus points for that day would be the same as previous day (they just won’t “increase”).

And yes, difference of points between Difficulty group of modifiers gets bigger as the days go on, so doing single day of a higher difficulty (versus rest of days) will get larger increase in points if done towards end of the week as opposed to starting out the week with that 1 higher difficulty Mod.
