Power Index, aka Rating that you see for a champ. This is what is bugged and displaying a much lower # now.
In another of the countless posts, someone else had mentioned that they believe the Health/Attack/etc numbers seem to be the same as what theirs was beforehand. Just that the PI (Rating) # has changed.
(PI, of which is different than “Prestige” which is a champs base rating without things like Masteries bumping it up to be what PI Rating is)

Correction, Prestiege is the avg of the top 5 champs PI without masteries...1 champ alone doesnt have prestiege..

Then what is it that you are averaging together if it is not considered a Prestige number of individual champs ?
(Quote from Aunt Mai).. Your personal prestige is the average prestige of your top 5 champions. Your Alliance's average prestige is used to determine Alliance Quest difficulty, more difficult fights result in more event points.
There's * Prestige of an individual champ. * Summoner (player's personal) Prestige (average of your top-5, top prestige, champs). * Alliance Prestige (average of each alliance members Summoner Prestige).
Anyways, none of those involve PI/Rating numbers which factor in all your Masteries (and Boosts if applied during a quest, etc).

One champ alone does have prestige. YOUR prestige as a summoner is the average of your 5 champs with the highest prestige
