Hero ratings

I am unsure if this is the correct place to put this. But is it normal for the hero rating on a champion to drop when ranking them to the next level? For example, my scarlet witch sigil was over 12,000 at rank two, But when I just paid the gold to take her to rank three, she dropped down to 11,000. The same thing happened with my bishop, when I took him from rank two to three. I am just curious if this a bug or if it’s supposed to happen that way.

    Her rank goes up, her level goes down.
    Get her levels up and you'll see her PI be higher than before.

    Hey there, this can happen sometimes with Champions right after being ranked up with the way their rating scales and is calculated and the way their stats and abilities factor in. Leveling them should quickly get them back up to, and then past, where they were before.
