How can you get any rarity quicksilver?

I haven’t seen any quicksilvers and wouldn’t even mind a 2 star to try him out (started after he was free in mail)

Yes, the only other way to get him is to get lucky with the next 6* featured. The next 5* featured will also have him. Otherwise, no you have to wait.

He was in several featured Cav/gm crystals, which they may have a special release of before his drop in the featured, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
