The input issues are worse for me than ever

So i don't know if this is just me, but during the fight, my game lags for a good second and my character suddenly is charging heavy. i cannot seem to interrupt this heavy charge and it just stands there charging it till the heavy lands itself.
This is not even the worst part after this lag happens and I get hit in my face and lose a good chunk of my health, i cannot heavy for the rest of my fight. its just not happening, no heavies possible no matter how much i hold my right side of the screen.
this issue is getting ridiculous and I've been facing it for over 2-3 weeks now. it has costed me around 10 revives till then and god knows how many potions.
The weirdest part is i don't see anyone talking about this issue, which bring me to the question that is it just me?
this issue never happened before and my device never faced lag issues in the past
i play one a 100 mbps wifi is that info is of any value.
I just wanna know if any one of you guys are facing any input issues or not, because for me, the gameplay has been the worst since the past year or so.
