7 stars rank up

With the confirmation that 7 stars will come next year, how will the rank up it's going to be? (if u guys can answer that) it'll follow the same path as before like some t4 alpha, t7 catalyst basic/class or it'll include something different? I ask that because the whole catalyst in the game has the same design with the exception of the colors (alpha is blue and black, basic all black and class is the color of that specific class) and when they go to another tier, they change the shape but still is the same as before....t4 alpha will have the design of the t4cc but just be black and blue u know?
So i'm curious to know if we're gonna have something different for 7 stars, something new along with the current catalyst thing like an omega catalyst? i mean we have alpha, might as well have omega xD just a stupid idea but i think u guys get what i'm trying to say

If they were gonna do that they would have changed em with 6* so I doubt they will now. But obviously t7 etc will look different from t6 and before.

More like 6 months give or take. You can already figure that r2 will use the same resources as a r5 6* just more of them just like r2 6* did from a r5 5*.

If it takes slightly more resources than a r5 6*, then we are well more than a year and a half away unless you're a mega whale buying up every deal. At the current cadence 8.4 will drop 1.5 years from now and exploring all of act 8 will likely be the first ftp way to get a r5 6*.

I'd just like to see something new, cause we're gonna have 7 stars for a very long time and it would be good to have a fresh air with something new about the rank up

Bear in mind that 6 months before 6*s were released was June 2019, and Act 5.4 came out in December 2019, allowing us to get our first R5 5*s.

So if you follow that pattern, we were able to get a rank 5 before the next star level was released.

I agree with gauntlet cause that block damage is just too ridiculous to handle but i'd say eop is okay right now cause depending on the fight, even a 5* r5 can still do it....now about battlegrounds and war i disagree cause war it's always been there, we have 6* for like 3-4 years now? idk but if that was a reason to rush the rank up we would have 6* rank 5 by now, so i don't really take that to account and i see the same way with battlegrounds (although the battlegrounds is recent) cause it's a war but like 1v1 (and a lot more fun xD)
***just my opinion*** --> Tbh i'm scared that they're rushing like that cause the game might be in it's last moments so they're trying to milk every single part of the game right now, hence why they're selling 5* for units and money and lot more things in the game, when they changed the potions it was clear that they want us to spend units on it and after the backlash, they provide us the 40% revive which was a great addition but i don't think they would add that if it wasn't for the backlash....i really hope i'm wrong at this but still don't feel that good about that rushing for the 6*s

r2-ing 6 stars took similar cats as r5ing 5 stars, just a bit more... and was available on day 1.

r2-ing a 5 star took the same catalysts as r5ing a 4 star... just a bit more.

I fully expect you can basically add 1 to everything in the r5 for a 6 champ, and that will be what it takes to r2 a 7 star.... and if 7 stars are coming in march... r2 ones will come 10 minutes later.

So gauntlet we agree. War, you say you personally don’t need them, others do want them to make their defence harder and to make their attack better. Same for BGs. And EoP, you say you personally can do them with 5/65, and yes that’s the case for some, but 1) not everyone can, and 2) some people may not want to do it with lower ranked champs, as ranking champs makes it easier.

Overall, I don’t think you’ve got a very strong argument that we’re fine without Rank 4 6*s. almost everything can be done with any rank with enough time and skill, doesn’t mean there’s no point ranking champions.

Not saying we're not supposed to have 6* r4 by now, i meant that it's going too fast and with our first glance at 6 r5 materials, we don't have content like an abyss type to require us to grind for 6 r5, if kabam adds another content like that then i would agree with everything else

If they stop at tier 6, they could just make tier 4 alpha, tier 5 alpha very rare resources required to rank champs up further. Technically dont need tier 7 basic
