Trick or Treat challenges not appearing under "special" tab

I checked my game today and I noticed something odd. I see no challenges under the special tab. All I see is the little "spot candy" to enter the side quest. No challenges, no trick and treat legendary rift challenges. I don't know why this is the case. Everyone should have access to these challenges. I've already missed 2 days now.

I've already completed the side quest on legendary difficulty. Now this tab is totally empty. =/

These Objectives ? They are listed as being TB and above.

The rest of us just get the Rift quest itself (Gate star/rarity requirements, but no otherwise special teams needed), after doing the Champion Target objective each day. The Solo Event each week (under events, not objectives). And the Store.

Oh I see. They should have had some challenges for those who haven't gotten the Thronebreaker title yet. =/

The challenge for non thronebreakers is to get thronebreaker.
