Same issue for me. I tried closing out and reloaded the game and never got my reward.

For me you just forgot the preview button and therefore can't select the catas look at the difference between the unit offer of the day and the alliance rewards in battleground

As was previously mentioned, the team was made aware of this issue almost immediately and pretty quickly found the issue.

The game team is well on the road to a solution, but it will require some time to pull information from the back end and identify all affected players. As a result, we will be sending the selector via in-game mail to all players who had earned one sometime next week!

NEXT WEEK? I mean it's fine I guess but that definitely doesn't help with my act 8 exploration, was planning on taking Spider-ham to rank 3 for some paths
