No smooth transition from holding block to dex

Is anyone having issues where you’re holding block but when trying to dex it’s stuck in block. Just fought nimrod and try to dex his sp2, can’t get out of the block I was holding and taking the unstoppable sp2 in the face. An easy fight but either Kabam testing our skills to deal with bugs or trying get me to spend units on revives. I try with and without the beta option and the same result. This in incursions. It’s unfortunate I have to end it as I can’t choose the same champs again due to the cool down.

The theory of why this sometimes works is simple in principle but complicated in detail. The simple version is: sometimes resetting the game completely resets its resource usage in a way that allows the game to be more frame-accurate with inputs.
It is probably best not to cover the detailed version. But suffice it to say, this is much more likely to work on iOS devices than Android devices, and just watching the game client log back into the game won't do it. It must be completely force closed and restarted.
this sucks even more in content like AW and other specific game modes like incursions where every little thing matters. seems to happen loads on BWCV with so many other issues effecting her over other champs that i use. seems like her animations are lagged due to he spider claws or maybe the introduction to new act 8 boss messing with the visuals.
not sure but seems to have happed after that so logically speaking here
Here's a video of it:

If you aren't quite seeing what the issue here is, I'll explain.
The character on-screen parries an attack when you tap the screen, and dexes when you swipe. Usually both of these actions will NOT happen at the same time. If you parry and continue that motion into a swipe immediately, the parry will cancel the dex so your character does not move back. There is a small window before you are able to dash back again after a successful parry.
There seems to be an issue with quicksilvers 1st light attack (no problem with his medium attack as far as I tested) that shortens this window/ bypasses it. It allows me to parry and swipe back in the same motion.
I guess I parry and swipe back immediately on instinct. So far I hadn't even noticed it and it wasn't an issue. But when fighting quicksilver I tried parrying his light attack and I kept getting flung back unable to attack into him while he was stunned. It kinda threw me off. That's when I noticed.
