Maybe not enough to get people matched and that’s why it’s happening

Says there is a match, but then BOTH parties have to accept the match in order for it to proceed.

You are accepting, but maybe other person is declining them.

Either same person over and over hitting Decline each time (don’t know if a Decline automatically prevents them from being paired with you right away again or not.)

Or maybe they are doing dual accounts, looking for when both accounts get a paired pop-up at the same time (to know it is possibly their 2 accounts). And if both don’t get the pop-up simultaneously, they decline and try again ??

Kabam should implement a rule that you can’t decline 3 consecutive matches. This will help reduced someone trying to pair with an account they have or know.

Either it's cheaters trying to match each other or it's the higher players trying to match with one another in a private chat to try and avoid modders, I saw a lot of the CCs last season had done that to avoid being matched with modders
