So I pulled this guy as a 6 star... Does he need awakening? He's the only decent 6 star I have apart from wasp(unawakened) and void(unawakened). I am thinking of bringing him to rank 3..... Should I go for it? He will be my first rank 3 science.

Awakening is nice but not needed, atleast in my eyes.
R1 for now, play with him a bit and see if you like him. He's got good burst damage. If you do, then take him to r2+
