Is there somewhere that it states some kind of a list for war ratings so we can know what war rating each tier is ?
Example tier 4 2400 war rating
Tier 3 2700 war rating

    There is no fixed list/assignment of Tiers based on WR #

    Tiers are grouped by ranges of “Top xxx %” of alliances, according to their War Rating.

    As WR fluctuates, new teams come up, some teams disband, etc, the actual number of alliances that make up Tier 1, 2, 3, etc, may vary, as the denominator in the % calculation changes. As well as the WR # itself of alliances as a whole may change over time.

    You could ask different alliances what their WR is, and what Tier they are in. But it's not fixed.
