Obtaining T3CC

There has been a few threads over the last couple of weeks lamenting the lack of T3CC from the class daily quests.

I thought it will be useful to share information on how and where to obtain them. I don't think I know all of them but here is the little I found. I will not be able to edit the info if there was errors discovered after the 15 minutes editing time grace.

A/ Guaranteed fragments of a specific class
1/ Class daily quest
- one run 250 fragments
- 100% run 375 fragments
- chest opening; random amount (very unlikely to get one full T3CC)

2/ Alliance 1-Day event; Class Specialist
- 250k points; 1 full T3CC
- more if hit rank rewards at 11% - 20% bracket

B/ Guaranteed fragments of a random class
3/ Alliance event; Hero Use
- 178,750 points; 3 T3CC crystals
- 275,000 points; 7 T3CC crystals
- rank rewards has more

4/ Solo event; Level Up
- 28,600 points; 3 T3CC crystals
- 44,000 points; 7 T3CC crystals

5/ 7H Solo event; Class advancement
- 40,000 points; 3 T3CC crystals
- rank rewards has more

C/ RNG to obtain T3CC fragments or whole
- AQ Map 1 crystal
- AQ Map 2 crystal

One of the most frustrating events ever. They might as well cancel it. Very annoying and they def have basically put the drop rate to .00007

Pls don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to correct you, just would like to clarify to confirm I understand the info to put to the best use in harvesting T3cc with lowest energy requirement and with overlapping effort (like when I'm grinding arena, etc) for best possible ROI, for myself

It seems to me there will be no rank reward for these type of 1-day alliance event in the form of class specialist event, is it true? I don't see the rank reward enabled (greyed out) in my case, could it be bcos my level is not high enough, and thise rank reward is only turned on for end-game experts?

For these which are fragments, I normally get 280x fragments per each T3cc fragment crystal, do you recall they are only for 280x, or are there also diff amount of fragments, e.g. some can grant 560x, etc?

Once again, it is not my intention to correct your post, I think it is already outstanding that you put out so much details for the benefit of the community, kudos to you!!

I think you can see the rank rewards only when the event is live.
Once it is over, unless you achieved the rank rewards, it is grey out as you noticed (I also could not view it when the event was over as I did not achieve all milestones; but can re-check again when it comes around).

For this event, the lowest rank needed is 20% bracket. At 21%, no rank rewards.

I don’t know. Next time I obtain the crystal and open it, I try to take note.

Just managed to hit all milestone on Level Up. 10 T3CC which gives fragments. Means I needed to differentiate crystals giving fragments and those giving full catalyst.

It is 280 fragments only per crystal.

I keep hearing this! I was gonna screen shot and post and next time I will! I just did the t3cc daily and pulled a full tech and 200 plus shards from four seperate ambushes in a single run down the locked path....let me throw this out their then I will shut up..."strategy" You guys heard of it?

I will not give the details of my personal strategy because it gets me beat up and called a liar in here. But I will still endeavor to help you all out! IF these quests are not paying out what you need then look at who you are taking. Certain levels, synergy builds and teams do better than others. If yours isn't working it isn't the right one! Take the time to experiment a little and invest a little time in figuring it out and nothing is 100 percent full proof not even mine. A certain degree of randomness remains. But I have no issues getting t2cc or 3tcc from these arenas! It truly is one of the few places in this game that actually require a little more effort for real strategy. I don't want em changed! And I hope that any quests for higher level cats work in just exactly the same manner.

Kabam! This is for you! My greatest disappointment with the t4cc quests was that it didn't require strategy...it was like what you these guys want! A guaranteed reward. I want it random up and including a full one! And the element of strategy put back! 90 percent of this game is about being the biggest and baddest and if you can't then be willing to just feed your champs supplies and muster on to a set reward. Keep asking for gaurantees and they will give them to us...at well below our desires! So buck up and spend some time exploring the only part of the game where being the biggest and the baddest doesn't pay off! And let's keep it that way!

I know this isn't going to put this issue to rest but in this case gentleman, it's you and not the quest that is the problem. If you undervalued lower tier champs and skipped raising them I suggest you consider revisiting that decision.

Got archangel 4 * on Friday had no t2cc mutant cats...I will be ranking him today. Works the same for t3.

If you are waiting for the Sunday quests there is the problem! You see it used to be just like the rest...but complaining led to guarantees...now you get a little of everything to make everyone happy. And not enough to complete a cat in a run. I always get a full T2 or t3 basic out of those quests!

These are triggerable drops! You just aren't triggering them.

Before they changed the Sunday quest to "guarantee" at least a certain amount of shards I used to pull full class cats or multiple basics. For whatever reason it seemed I hit the mutant drop most often when I got a full. But that rarely happens since the change and I pull one basic instead of mulitples. I (and maybe you don't realize it yet!) And you really don't want these quests changed! If you passed over your lower champs you shot yourself in the foot! Learn to trigger it!

Sorry to be so adamant about this issue! But there are tons of issues kabam needs to address and these cat quests aren't one of them! If IT AIN'T BROKEN don't fix it! This is the one area of the game that if you master it! Doesn't disappoint 99 percent of the time!
