Obtaining T3CC

There has been a few threads over the last couple of weeks lamenting the lack of T3CC from the class daily quests. I thought it will be useful to share information on how and where to obtain them. I don't think I know all of them but here is the little I found. I will not be able to edit the info if there was errors…
