Banned champion still able to be used in BG's

I banned his Symbiote and he was still able to use it....

@Kabam Miike Pulling into this thread here since this one has a Title that actually describes the problem.

Don’t know if anyone has seen this with any champ OTHER that Pet Symbiote, or whether his rather unique classification is letting just him mistakenly slip thru the cracks.
