Is mcoc playable on a cruise?

I'm going on a carnival cruise soon. I'm getting the premium internet package. Has any of you guys done the same? I'm curious if the game will be playable on Carnival wifi.

A few year ago, I was on the Royal Caribbean Allure of the seas. Mcoc work perfectly fine while at sea. I wasn’t grinding arena or doing quest. Did AQ and war fine.

I was just on a carnival cruise their wifi sucks. Playable yes, reliable no. Don’t try to do Bg. Just stick to eq and maybe aw/aq. Expect to be waiting on loading times for a while.

It’s the same on Norwegian. About 5-6 years ago on a cruise you could play well but the game requires more data now I guess because it’s not great anymore. (I cruise a lot so I have a huge time frame or comparison maybe the wifi on boats has gotten horrible since COVID. It was amazing when boats were empty).

Also I’m not old, I just love cruising lol

You will probably want the premium package wifi. Depending on the cruise line, you might be able to get away with the basic package for just logging in, and if that doesn't work, then I recommend just upgrading it.

Yea its just logging in, my wifes already giving me a hard time about the wifi 😒
