Unduped? I'd go with Rintrah. I have both at r4 but Tigra's dupe is way more vital to her than Rintrah's is to him. While you can technically do anything even with an unduped Tigra, it just takes so much time setting things up. You need to land two SP1s in order to get both senses up, and only then can you start playing how you should have been playing from the start. When she's awakened (and preferably at a high sig), you just start with both senses up already and can start playing her the way she's supposed to be played right from the start.

Rintrah's dupe is nice but I don't have any reservations about recommending ranking him up unduped, which I have about Tigra.

Tigra. I use my r4 unduped all the time. Don't worry about all this 'setting her up' talk. If you throw a special one you get the sense that give you extra damage/rupture and thats really all you need. Sure it does take longer to get to a sp2 but you're still dishing out huge damage in the meantime.

That said I really want to dupe my tigra to start with both senses in the beginning. But it isn't as vital imo, if you have her at r3 already you will very much enjoy her at r4

If you’re going to awaken and sig Tigra then Tigra otherwise your awakened Rintrah is a better option
