8.1 fully explored! And gave me enough to be Paragon!

I held off ranking up my 6 stars to rank 4 because 8.1 exploration had a class 3-4 rankup gem and awake that can determine my required 3 rank 4 6 stars for Paragon.
So I got a Tech 3-4 rankup gem and used it on my favorite tech champ!
I love this bot! He is just packed with so much utility and is easy to use. I bring him in almost any quest and I regularly use him in war attack because of the consistent defenders with willpower. I use him so much that I also have a maxed 5 star of him as well.
The awake was a dealbreaker that made me bring up someone from rank 2 to rank 4 over the then current rank 3 cosmics I had. Yes I got cosmic! I had these to pick from...
As you can see I won't go wrong for using the awake and maxing the signature level on a handful of them...It was either CGR, Knull, Hercules or Hyperion. Out of that bunch two really sits well with the rest of my active roster (due to synergies) and I actually enjoy the playstyle. So I went all in and...
I still love my Knull and Venompool but I just can't deny the content that Hercules can clear. Also Knull and Venompool can make do without their signature abilities though it opens them up more. This is some timely luck since I am into using my BP og now. The duo can do wonders for me!

Skill roster is a bit underwhelming so there is no need to show it.
It was a toss up between Science or Mutant because these were my stacked rosters. I wanted to get the rankup now so I can do the Paragon objective for EOP and the deciding factor was that the champ better be a good defender also. In that category, I had Doom, Mojo (I got an awake) and Sassy in Mystic, Kitty, Apoc and Bishop in Mutant, and Quicksilver from Science. I think I would have done better with Quicksilver but he is just way down there since he is new. I think I won't regret it anyway since becoming Paragon gives more access to rank up resources. So I picked Kitty!
So here they are, my rank ups to reach Paragon.

Many congrats.
I was exactly same as you, I hold back on taking champs to R4, until I fully explored Act 8.1 also got a Tech rank up gem too, but got no Warlock, Nimrod, Ultron, Ghost as a 6*, OS was the only option.
My roster is quite smaller than your, but I also got Kitty was also an easy choice.
