I completed my second set of 5* platinum pieces and when I went to cash them in realized I no longer have the option. Be nice if you could either dupe him for the sigs or trade the set in for one 6* piece.

    You can.

    If you have another set of complete pieces, you can buy another red “Heart of the Shards” crystal (in 1st tab in the Store), and then go to crystals to open it afterward.

    It does not have the crystal in the first tab, only the 6 star, iv reached out to kabam and they confirmed at the moment you can only redeem once

    Their response would have been about the new select-a-piece TRADE-IN, which is indeed just one time.

    (and the crystal should be in both tabs (main and misc), maybe it needed time to show up again if you had *just* purchased it and wanted to purchase 2nd right away ?)
