Has wiccan being nerfed? Is he still worth r3? Just pulled him right now. Any suggestions welcomed

    His Heavy attack spell is getting a stack limit, other than that his damage and utility is kept intact. I think the nerf isn’t going live until the January update though.

    Pretty sure Wiccan was actually getting a small buff not a nerf

    The dupe is just very niche abilities like blocking unblockable attacks from cosmic champs and not consuming shocks when converting shocks + incinerates into plasma
